How long does it take to receive my order?

Can I pre-order an out-of-stock item?

Some of our products are available for pre-order directly on the product page. If the option isn’t available, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help you get what you need.

Where is my order and how do I track it?

You can track your order in real time on our tracking page. Just enter your order number + email address, or the tracking number from your shipment confirmation email.

What does premium delivery include?

Premium delivery gives your order priority processing and includes full insurance against loss or damage in transit. This is especially useful during busy periods like the holiday season.

Important: Premium delivery does not guarantee faster delivery. Once dispatched, the standard 7–15 business day delivery window still applies.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or modify your order only if it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

My tracking isn’t updating — what’s going on?

Don’t worry — tracking information can sometimes take a few days to sync with the carrier’s system. Your package is on its way! If it still hasn’t updated after several days, feel free to reach out to us.

I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email

That shouldn’t happen! Please check your spam or promotions folder first — it may have landed there.

If you still can’t find it, contact us with your name and order details, and we’ll send you a new confirmation right away.

I made a mistake in my shipping address — can you fix it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, absolutely — just contact us and we’ll update the address. If it’s already been dispatched, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly to request a redirect.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day return/exchange policy from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How do I return an item?

Start by contacting us with the reason for your return along with photos or videos of the item. All returns must be approved by our team before you ship anything back.

Please note that to be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original condition with packaging intact. Unauthorized returns (sent without prior approval) cannot be accepted.

I received the wrong item — what do I do?

We’re sorry about that! Please contact us and include a photo of the item you received. We’ll arrange an exchange and make sure you get the right product as quickly as possible.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please send us a photo of the damage through our contact form and we’ll resolve the situation for you as soon as possible.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is approved, we process refunds within 24–72 business hours. The refund is made directly to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank’s processing policies, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
